He was the son of good kundiman singer Mr. Mente and favourite bunso of aling Lilly. He was very well known mama's boy of the 90's and bad boy of the 2000's. Way back in our high school days, He was then a very innocent looking boy and a typical type of person who always had his handkerchief in his hand and his polo shirt under his pants. I remember he loved to sing Jose Mari Chan's song “beautiful girl”. Then later on of course he learned his first guitar piece entitled "Lover's moon". Days had passed and high school graduation was over, a very good samaritan had given him a chance to study in college and he had taken accounting course but never finished because of girl issue. LOL!

That Mr. Girlie Teacher kicked him out in school. I thought that will be the last chance for him. The admin gave him another try (nice, nice) to continue his study, well nevertheless the luck was not with his side again, he was kicked off from school. I think that was the start of his new and lonely life for him. Followed by the death of his parents because of cancers, the decision to be with on his own was a hard time to take. This man was too desperate. He was eager to find his true self, the true meaning of life and love. Everyday and night, he was wasting his time, his money (share from his parents’ inheritance) from drinking liquor. Going out with his new friends, bar hopping, buy this and buy that. Then suddenly he found out that there’s nothing left. He was turned into basura sa paningin ng iba. Sometimes people were telling these: - “is that your friend? I saw him sleeping somewhere in the place of the dead. What’s with him?", - "He was so drunk and I saw him sleeping in front of bario church." - "Hayaan mo siya nasira na ulo ata sa alak.", - "wala na patapon na buhay nan, san kaya siya pupulutin. kelan kaya mag babago?, - and the last, these words "where’s your initiative?" One day, he visited me in my house. He looks like a bandit and telling something. I have no idea that he was telling no joke and he started to cry. He cried out loud. Tears were falling to his face while standing in front and saying... "Iniwan na nya ako, meron na siyang iba!", I was shocked and speechless. He was really serious at that moment. No wonder why he looks like that with bigote and balbas. Well those days, months, years of sadness and tears. He is now a good man with permanent job. Second time promoted administrative and maintenance office staff. He was now the one in charged in papers and numbers in their office. Hope this guy learned from his lesson.
