Why o Why?

Last time I was searching for another topic in my old facebook post and might be a good idea to share it again here in my blog. I've found this one in my old collections of pictures. It was orignally posted last October 3, 2011. Obviously it was all about kind of people or type of person, may I say, who thinks they know everything and doing it according to their belief. "Ba't Ganoon?/bakit ganun?" means why like that or just asking why they doing it like that.
